His leadership contributed to improved efficiency, reduced claims costs, and strengthened relationships with policyholders and agents.
“Hector has been a driving force behind the efficiency and effectiveness of our workers’ compensation claims operations. His expertise in claims management and regulatory compliance has helped us strengthen our processes and better serve our clients,” said Matt Crum, President of Frank Winston Crum Insurance.
Hector’s professional experience focuses primarily on workers’ compensation, with licenses held in 17 states across the United States. He has earned Associate in Claims (AIC), Board Certified Adjuster (CWC), Board Certified in Litigation (CWCL), Professional Claims Adjuster (PCA), and Insurance Claims Management Specialist (ICMS) designations, and is a Notary Public for the state of Florida. In addition to his professional roles, Hector is an Ambassador for RISE professionals and has served as an official mentor. He has been a speaker at the Workers' Compensation Institute (WCI) for the past four years, as well as at events for ClaimsXchange and RISE.
“With 26 years of experience in the industry, Hector has a deep understanding of what it takes to balance cost containment, compliance, and exceptional service,” said Crum. “His promotion to Vice President is a natural next step, and I am confident he will continue to elevate our claims operations in this new role.”
