With over 37 years of property and casualty insurance claims experience, Jonathan is currently the Chief Claims Officer for Frank Winston Crum Insurance. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed claim portfolios for all property and casualty claim lines, including legacy claims, with a particular emphasis on casualty claims. His extensive experience includes working for top 20 insurance carriers, nationwide and regional TPAs, a worldwide top 4 insurance advisory company, and a Fortune top 10 self-insured. Jonathan has a proven track record of helping claim organizations achieve their full potential through the consistent delivery of superior claim outcomes.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration and a Master’s of Business Administration, both from Stetson University. He has earned his CPCU, SCLA, and AIC designations. Additionally, he has been selected to be a member of the Executive Counsel for the CLM Claims College School of Leadership and has facilitated a course on 360 leadership for four years. Jonathan currently serves on the Advisory Board for ClaimsXchange.
