Frank W. Crum, Jr. is the owner and founder of FrankCrum and serves as chairman for the board of directors of Frank Winston Crum Insurance, which he also founded. He has been in the business of serving employers for more than 40 years and is the sole shareholder across the FrankCrum family of companies. Frank is the former president of the Florida Association of Professional Employer Organizations (FAPEO) and served for years as a board member of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO).
Matt is the President of FWCI, where he is responsible for setting strategy and leading operations for the insurance company and its affiliated insurance agency. Matt grew up in Tampa Bay, graduated from Trinity College with dual bachelor's degrees, and went on to earn an MBA from the University of Tampa. He is a licensed insurance agent (20-20 and 20-15) and a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). Matt is also co-president of FrankCrum PEO, along with Haley Crum.

Together they are responsible for operations, products, customer service, technology, marketing, and compliance. Haley earned her law degree from Stetson University College of Law and her bachelor's degree in business management from Eckerd College. She serves as a member of the American Staffing Association and the Florida Association of Professional Employer Organizations (FAPEO), the AchieveHERs Executive Committee, and a board member of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO).

She brings over 45 years of expertise to her board of directors position, previously working for companies such as Broadspire Claim Services and CNA Insurance Company. Brigitte holds the designations of Accredited Claims Adjuster (ACA) and Associate in Claims (AIC) from the Insurance Institute of America. She was awarded the Comp Laude Award from WorkCompCentral in 2020 for her integrity and support for a fair system.
Paul spent 15 years at Travelers Insurance, before stints at ACE, White Mountains, PMSI, Direct General and others over the following 20+ years. Immediately prior to joining FrankCrum, Paul served five years as the Chief Operating Officer for United Insurance Holding Corp. in St. Petersburg, where he directed all Product Management, Underwriting, Operations, Actuarial, and Data Analytics for the $1.3B Personal and Commercial property writer.Jim serves multiple positions within FWCI, including chief financial officer, vice president, and treasurer. With a bachelor's degree from Ursinus College in business administration, he began his insurance career in 1994 at the Florida Residential Property & Casualty Joint Underwriting Association. He later obtained the designation of Associate in Insurance Accounting and Finance (AIAF) and became a certified public accountant. He has been with FWCI since its inception.

While at Imperial, he developed the startup company to over $100 million in manual premium.John is a practicing attorney and a member of the Florida Bar Association and the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida. He has been handling workers' compensation and insurance defense cases throughout Florida for more than 15 years. John attended the Florida State University College of Law.
Mike has paired his education as a certified financial planner with his experience as a former certified public accountant to provide proactive financial planning solutions to clients for more than three decades. He also serves on the board of directors of Charity Works and the Homeless Empowerment Program (HEP). Mike is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of CPAs (FICPA) and holds a bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida.
