Our Culture

FWCI is headquartered in sunny Clearwater, Florida. With more than 400 employees across the FrankCrum family of companies, our campus is always bustling.

We are proud of our consistent ranking among Best Places to Work in Insurance which we attribute to our unique and caring culture, guided by three pillars:

Integrity: the quality of being honest and fair

Affinity: a feeling of closeness and understanding between people

Prosperity: the condition of being successful

For FWCI team members, we demonstrate these pillars by treating each other with respect, inviting authenticity, and supporting each other's goals, both inside and outside of work.

Although we work hard, we also value time spent together having fun. We go all out for holidays with games, contests, parties, and, of course, FOOD. With our Pillar of Excellence Awards, we celebrate achievements, and with our Service Awards, we celebrate milestones. And, to ensure everyone stays connected, we offer regular Town Hall meetings, monthly newsletters, and a robust intranet.

We strive to be a friend to our community by giving back. We raise money for Feeding Tampa Bay through our annual golf tournament and jeans day contributions from employees. We host food and supply drives for the Homeless Empowerment Program. Plus, our beautiful campus is also the site of Martinis and Matisse, the premier fundraiser for the Clearwater Free Clinic.

We understand that our business success is because of the great people who work here, and we remain committed to creating a workplace where they can contribute their talents and feel valued.
