The FrankCrum family of companies is excited to share that our own President of Frank Winston Crum Insurance, Matt Crum, and Director of Workers’ Compensation, Hector Cano, have been selected to speak at the WCI 2023 Conference in Orlando, FL, on Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2023.

Matt will speak on the panel covering insurance carriers and PEO hot topics alongside Torben Madson, Dave Brodsky, Michael Gilmartin, Cindy Howard, Morgan Lynch, Rob Morris, and Chris Palmer. Panelists will share insights on coverage, workers’ compensation, and the co-employment model. Additionally, the session will address critical issues impacting businesses, such as trends in coverage and the challenges of the rapidly changing legal and regulatory environment.

Hector will be part of the panel focusing on time management tips, speaking alongside Maggie Conatser and Ashley Howard. The panel will share their best practice tips for dealing with emails and incoming claims and calls, with the goal of introducing ways to communicate more efficiently from an employer, insured, and TPA perspective.

The Workers’ Compensation Institute (WCI) is a nonprofit educational organization that serves as a comprehensive resource for all workers’ compensation stakeholders. The annual conference brings together workers’ compensation professionals from across the country for networking and information sharing.
